No obstant aix\u00f2, quan les rumias ho s\u00f3n<br \/>\nmassa presents o disfuncionals (com veurem m\u00e9s endavant) poden provocar<br \/>\nmoral baixa, estat d&#039;\u00e0nim deprimit, ansietat i patiment psicol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">&quot;Deixa de rumiar, no serveix de res!&quot;<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Com tota conducta, les rumiacions tenen funcions, que s&#039;han de distingir del contingut<br \/>\nruminacions. Els estudis han posat de relleu 2 funcions principals de les ruminacions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1) La rumia com a intent d&#039;evitar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La rumiaci\u00f3 pot actuar com un intent d&#039;evitar actuar o fer front, per exemple:<br \/>\nevitar planificar una acci\u00f3, evitar el risc de frac\u00e0s o humiliaci\u00f3, evitar<br \/>\nreptes a nivell professional, evitar pensaments desagradables, evitar enfrontar-se<br \/>\nles nostres emocions...<br \/>\nPer\u00f2 evitant aquestes situacions, no es pot estar en contacte amb informaci\u00f3 nova<br \/>\ncapa\u00e7os de refutar les nostres pors, ni en contacte directe amb un problema. Per tant, no en tenim<br \/>\npossibilitat de resoldre&#039;l i en definitiva redu\u00efm el nombre d&#039;activitats agradables!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2) La rumiaci\u00f3 pot ser un h\u00e0bit apr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La rumiaci\u00f3 pot haver-nos ajudat alguna vegada a fer front a una situaci\u00f3. Des de llavors, hem continuat<br \/>\na rumiar perqu\u00e8 vam aprendre que ens podria ajudar i vam agafar el costum de fer-ho.<br \/>\nAleshores s&#039;estableixen certes creences al voltant de la rumia: \u201cPensa intensament<br \/>\n\u00e9s la millor manera de resoldre problemes\u201d, \u201cDetenir-se en els problemes ajuda a resoldre\u2019ls<br \/>\nentendre\u201d, \u201cPensar intensament t&#039;ajuda a con\u00e8ixer-te a tu mateix\u201d, \u201cPensar en els motius del nostre<br \/>\nels sentiments ajuden a superar-los\u201d... I som m\u00e9s capa\u00e7os de desfer-nos d&#039;ells.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Nom\u00e9s un tipus de rumiaci\u00f3?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Com d\u00e8iem anteriorment, tothom rumia! Aquesta \u00e9s la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia i el contingut de<br \/>\nles nostres rumiacions que determinaran si s\u00f3n adequades o no.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les ruminacions s\u00f3n a <em>proc\u00e9s normal<\/em> si \u2026<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00e9s un intent de donar sentit als esdeveniments negatius o de resoldre a<br \/>\nassumpte ;<br \/>\n- Hi ha un equilibri entre pensament i acci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Les ruminacions esdevenen <em>disfuncional<\/em> Quan \u2026<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00e9s un cicle sense fi, sense resoluci\u00f3 de problemes;<br \/>\n\u2013 hi ha un desequilibri en el qual passem m\u00e9s temps pensant que actuant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Per il\u00b7lustrar el nostre punt, prenguem un exemple com\u00fa:<br \/>\n<em>Imaginem que tinc una mica de pressa aquest mat\u00ed de cam\u00ed a la feina perqu\u00e8 tinc una cita.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>important des del principi. Per\u00f2 quan pujo al cotxe no arrenca...<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si les meves rumiacions no s\u00f3n funcionals, abstractes, es centraran en el &quot;<strong>Per qu\u00e8<\/strong>\u201d:<br \/>\n&quot;Per qu\u00e8 em passa aix\u00f2?&quot; &quot;Per qu\u00e8 passa aix\u00f2 avui?&quot; &quot;Aix\u00f2<br \/>\npassar\u00e0 si faig tard?&quot; &quot;Quines seran les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies?&quot; &quot;Per qu\u00e8 jo ?&quot;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si les meves rumiacions s\u00f3n funcionals, concretes, es centraran en el &quot;<strong>com<\/strong>\u201d:<br \/>\n&quot;Com ha passat?&quot; &quot;Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s diferent avui?&quot; &quot;Com resoldre el<br \/>\nproblema amb el meu cotxe?&quot; &quot;Com soluciono el meu problema laboral?&quot;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Notes la difer\u00e8ncia? En la 2a situaci\u00f3, estic centrat a resoldre<br \/>\nassumpte. \u00c9s la manera com abordarem les nostres rumiacions la que canviar\u00e0 l&#039;impacte<br \/>\nque tindran sobre nosaltres.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">&quot;Mai no podr\u00e9 no rumiar i m&#039;est\u00e0 arru\u00efnant la vida!&quot;<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">De fet, les ruminacions poden tenir conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies perjudicials sobre la salut mental i<br \/>\ncondueixen a trastorns depressius i d&#039;ansietat. Per\u00f2 la bona not\u00edcia \u00e9s que n&#039;hi ha<br \/>\nsolucions! En psicoter\u00e0pia, podem treballar les rumiacions utilitzant diverses<br \/>\nm\u00e8todes i eines.<br \/>\nPer exemple, podem utilitzar l&#039;autoobservaci\u00f3 per identificar-los, per entendre-los<br \/>\nfuncions i en quins contextos apareixen.
