Quins s\u00f3n, doncs, els h\u00e0bits adequats per adoptar per mantenir l'ansietat a ratlla?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reduir el consum d'estimulants<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caf\u00e8, te negre, begudes energ\u00e8tiques.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El caf\u00e8 i el te s\u00f3n estimulants del sistema nervi\u00f3s, augmenten la freq\u00fc\u00e8ncia card\u00edaca i la producci\u00f3 d'adrenalina, cosa que pot provocar palpitacions, tremolors i insomni. Amplifiquen els atacs d'ansietat.
