Sin embargo, cuando las cavilaciones<br \/>\ndemasiado presentes o disfuncionales (como veremos m\u00e1s adelante), pueden dar lugar a<br \/>\nmoral baja, estado de \u00e1nimo depresivo, ansiedad y malestar psicol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">\"\u00a1Deja de darle vueltas, no tiene sentido!\"<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Como todo comportamiento, las cavilaciones tienen funciones que deben distinguirse de su contenido<br \/>\nde las rumiaciones. Los estudios han destacado 2 funciones principales de las rumiaciones:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1) La rumiaci\u00f3n como intento de evitarla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La rumiaci\u00f3n puede actuar como un intento de evitar actuar o hacer frente a los problemas, por ejemplo:<br \/>\nevitar planificar una acci\u00f3n, evitar el riesgo de fracaso o humillaci\u00f3n, evitar<br \/>\nretos profesionales, evitar pensamientos desagradables, evitar enfrentarse a<br \/>\nnuestras emociones ...<br \/>\nPero si evitamos estas situaciones, no podremos entrar en contacto con nueva informaci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nque puede confirmar nuestros temores, o en contacto directo con un problema. As\u00ed que no tenemos<br \/>\ny, a la larga, \u00a1reducimos el n\u00famero de actividades placenteras!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2) La rumiaci\u00f3n puede ser un h\u00e1bito aprendido<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Puede que alguna vez la rumiaci\u00f3n nos ayudara a afrontar una situaci\u00f3n. Desde entonces, seguimos<br \/>\nrumiar porque hemos aprendido que puede ayudarnos y hemos adquirido el h\u00e1bito de hacerlo.<br \/>\nSe establecen entonces ciertas creencias sobre la rumiaci\u00f3n: \"Pensar intensamente<br \/>\nes la mejor manera de resolver los problemas\", \"Rehacer los problemas ayuda a<br \/>\ncomprensi\u00f3n\", \"Pensar intensamente nos ayuda a conocernos a nosotros mismos\", \"Reflexionar sobre las razones de nuestra<br \/>\nlos sentimientos ayudan a superarlos\" ... Y no puedes librarte de ellos.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bfS\u00f3lo un tipo de rumiaci\u00f3n?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Como hemos dicho antes, \u00a1todo el mundo medita! Es la frecuencia y el contenido de<br \/>\nnuestras cavilaciones, que determinar\u00e1n si son adecuadas o no.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Las cavilaciones son un <em>proceso normal<\/em> si...<br \/>\n- es un intento de dar sentido a acontecimientos negativos o de resolver un problema.<br \/>\nproblema ;<br \/>\n- existe un equilibrio entre el pensamiento y la acci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Las cavilaciones se convierten <em>disfuncional<\/em> cuando ...<br \/>\n- Es un ciclo interminable, sin resoluci\u00f3n del problema;<br \/>\n- hay un desequilibrio en el que pasamos m\u00e1s tiempo pensando que actuando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Para ilustrar nuestro punto de vista, tomemos un ejemplo com\u00fan:<br \/>\n<em>Digamos que esta ma\u00f1ana tengo un poco de prisa de camino al trabajo porque tengo una cita.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>importante a primera hora de la ma\u00f1ana. Pero cuando entro en mi coche, no arranca ...<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si mis cavilaciones son no funcionales, abstractas, se centrar\u00e1n en el \"<strong>por qu\u00e9<\/strong>\" :<br \/>\n\"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me pasa esto a m\u00ed? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 me pasa esto hoy?<br \/>\n\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasar\u00e1 si llego tarde? \"\u00bfCu\u00e1les ser\u00e1n las consecuencias?\" \"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 yo?\"<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Si mis cavilaciones son funcionales, concretas, se centrar\u00e1n en el \"<strong>c\u00f3mo<\/strong>\" :<br \/>\n\"\u00bfC\u00f3mo ha ocurrido esto? \"\u00bfqu\u00e9 ha cambiado ahora?\" \"\u00bfc\u00f3mo podemos resolver el problema?<br \/>\n\u00bfqu\u00e9 le pasa a mi coche? \"\u00bfc\u00f3mo resuelvo el problema de mi trabajo?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\u00bfVes la diferencia? En la 2\u00aa situaci\u00f3n, me centro en resolver<br \/>\nproblema. Es la forma en que afrontamos nuestras cavilaciones lo que cambiar\u00e1 el impacto que tienen en nosotros.<br \/>\nque tendr\u00e1n sobre nosotros.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">\"\u00a1Nunca conseguir\u00e9 no cavilar y me est\u00e1 arruinando la vida!\".<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Las rumiaciones pueden tener consecuencias perjudiciales para la salud mental y la capacidad de funcionamiento.<br \/>\nconducen a trastornos depresivos y de ansiedad. Pero la buena noticia es que existen<br \/>\nsoluciones En psicoterapia, podemos trabajar las rumiaciones mediante varias t\u00e9cnicas<br \/>\nm\u00e9todos y herramientas.<br \/>\nPor ejemplo, podemos utilizar la autoobservaci\u00f3n para identificarlos, comprender sus necesidades e identificar c\u00f3mo podemos ayudarles.<br \/>\ny en qu\u00e9 contextos aparecen.
