Puede convertirse en un verdadero obst\u00e1culo para el bienestar, el sue\u00f1o e incluso la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfY si la naturopat\u00eda le ofreciera claves naturales para calmar su mente y recuperar un equilibrio duradero?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La naturopat\u00eda tiene como objetivo reequilibrar el cuerpo y la mente mediante m\u00e9todos naturales. Sin embargo, ciertos estilos de vida o h\u00e1bitos pueden favorecer la aparici\u00f3n de la ansiedad. Entonces, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son los buenos h\u00e1bitos que hay que adoptar para mantener a raya la ansiedad?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reducir el consumo de estimulantes<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caf\u00e9, t\u00e9 negro, bebidas energ\u00e9ticas.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El caf\u00e9 y el t\u00e9 son estimulantes del sistema nervioso, aumentan el ritmo card\u00edaco y la producci\u00f3n de adrenalina, lo que puede provocar palpitaciones, temblores e insomnio. Amplifican los ataques de ansiedad. Como alternativa m\u00e1s suave, el t\u00e9 Rooibos o el matcha son excelentes bebidas f\u00e1ciles de encontrar en cafeter\u00edas y supermercados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El alcohol\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No hace falta presentarlo, el alcohol es una droga. No solo perturba la calidad del sue\u00f1o, sino tambi\u00e9n el estado de \u00e1nimo y el nerviosismo, y aumenta el n\u00famero de despertares nocturnos. Cada vez hay m\u00e1s alternativas de bebidas sin alcohol. C\u00f3cteles sin alcohol, zumos de fruta reci\u00e9n exprimidos, kombucha... \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no sustituir un aperitivo con alcohol por bebidas relajantes, digestivas y agradables, que nutren el cuerpo en lugar de agotarlo?.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El az\u00facar refinado (tipo pasteles industriales)<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El az\u00facar, al igual que el resto de estimulantes, mantiene la agitaci\u00f3n interior y cansa el sistema nervioso. El az\u00facar provoca picos de glucemia seguidos de r\u00e1pidas ca\u00eddas, lo que puede generar irritabilidad, nerviosismo y fatiga, y acent\u00faa la sensaci\u00f3n de inestabilidad emocional. El deporte tambi\u00e9n ayuda a regular los niveles de cortisol, la hormona del estr\u00e9s, y favorece un mejor sue\u00f1o, a menudo perturbado en las personas ansiosas. Ya sea una caminata en plena naturaleza, una sesi\u00f3n de yoga, karate o un poco de nataci\u00f3n, lo importante es elegir una actividad que te resulte placentera: es con regularidad y suavidad como el cuerpo y la mente encuentran su equilibrio.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acostarse m\u00e1s temprano y dormir m\u00e1s tranquilo<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un sue\u00f1o de calidad permite que el sistema nervioso se regenere y procese las emociones vividas durante el d\u00eda. Por el contrario, la falta de sue\u00f1o o las noches agitadas amplifican los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad: irritabilidad, rumiaciones, hipersensibilidad, dificultades de concentraci\u00f3n.
