Tuttavia, quando le riflessioni sono<br \/>\ntroppo presenti o disfunzionali (come vedremo pi\u00f9 avanti) possono comportare<br \/>\nmorale basso, umore depresso, ansia e sofferenza psicologica.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cSmettila di rimuginare, \u00e8 inutile!\u201d<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Come tutti i comportamenti, le riflessioni hanno delle funzioni che devono essere distinte dal contenuto<br \/>\nruminazioni. Gli studi hanno evidenziato 2 funzioni principali delle ruminazioni:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>1) Ruminazione come tentativo di evitare<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La ruminazione pu\u00f2 agire come un tentativo di evitare di agire o di affrontare, ad esempio:<br \/>\nevitare di pianificare un&#039;azione, evitare il rischio di fallimento o di umiliazione, evitare<br \/>\nsfide a livello professionale, evitare pensieri spiacevoli, evitare confronti<br \/>\nle nostre emozioni...<br \/>\nMa evitando queste situazioni non \u00e8 possibile entrare in contatto con nuove informazioni<br \/>\nin grado di confutare le nostre paure, n\u00e9 a diretto contatto con un problema. Pertanto non abbiamo<br \/>\npossibilit\u00e0 di risolverlo e alla fine riduciamo il numero di attivit\u00e0 piacevoli!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>2) La ruminazione pu\u00f2 essere un&#039;abitudine appresa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">La ruminazione potrebbe averci aiutato una volta ad affrontare una situazione. Da allora, abbiamo continuato<br \/>\nruminare perch\u00e9 abbiamo imparato che poteva aiutarci e abbiamo preso l&#039;abitudine di farlo.<br \/>\nVengono quindi messe in atto alcune convinzioni sulla ruminazione: \u201cPensa intensamente<br \/>\n\u00e8 il modo migliore per risolvere i problemi\u201d, \u201cSoffermarsi sui problemi aiuta a risolverli<br \/>\ncapire\u201d, \u201cPensare intensamente aiuta a conoscere s\u00e9 stessi\u201d, \u201cPensare alle ragioni del nostro<br \/>\ni sentimenti aiutano a superarli\u201d\u2026 E siamo pi\u00f9 capaci di liberarcene.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">Un solo tipo di ruminazione?<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Come abbiamo detto prima, tutti rimuginano! Questa \u00e8 la frequenza e il contenuto di<br \/>\nle nostre riflessioni che determineranno se queste siano adatte o meno.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le ruminazioni sono a <em>processo normale<\/em> Se \u2026<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00e8 un tentativo di dare un senso ad eventi negativi o di risolvere a<br \/>\nproblema ;<br \/>\n\u2013 c\u2019\u00e8 un equilibrio tra pensiero e azione.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Diventano ruminazioni <em>disfunzionale<\/em> Quando \u2026<br \/>\n\u2013 \u00e8 un ciclo infinito, senza risoluzione dei problemi;<br \/>\n\u2013 c\u2019\u00e8 uno squilibrio in cui passiamo pi\u00f9 tempo a pensare che ad agire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Per illustrare il nostro punto, prendiamo un esempio comune:<br \/>\n<em>Immaginiamo che stamattina vado un po&#039; di fretta perch\u00e9 ho un appuntamento.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>importante fin dall&#039;inizio. Ma quando salgo in macchina non si avvia...<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Se le mie riflessioni saranno non funzionali, astratte, saranno centrate sul \u201c<strong>Perch\u00e9<\/strong>&quot;:<br \/>\n&quot;Perch\u00e9 sta succedendo proprio a me?&quot; &quot;Perch\u00e9 sta succedendo questo oggi?&quot; &quot;Quello<br \/>\nsucceder\u00e0 se sono in ritardo?&quot; \u201cQuali saranno le conseguenze?\u201d &quot;Perch\u00e9 io ?&quot;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Se le mie elucubrazioni saranno funzionali, concrete, saranno centrate sul \u201c<strong>Come<\/strong>&quot;:<br \/>\n&quot;Come \u00e8 successo?&quot; &quot;Cosa c&#039;\u00e8 di diverso oggi?&quot; \u201ccome risolvere il<br \/>\nproblema con la mia macchina?&quot; \u201ccome risolvo il mio problema lavorativo?\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Noti la differenza? Nella seconda situazione, mi concentro sulla risoluzione<br \/>\nproblema. \u00c8 il modo in cui affronteremo le nostre riflessioni che ne cambier\u00e0 l\u2019impatto<br \/>\nche avranno su di noi.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\">\u201cNon riuscir\u00f2 mai a non rimuginare e questo mi sta rovinando la vita!\u201d<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le ruminazioni possono infatti avere conseguenze deleterie sulla salute mentale e<br \/>\nportare a disturbi depressivi e d\u2019ansia. Ma la buona notizia \u00e8 che ci sono<br \/>\nsoluzioni! In psicoterapia possiamo lavorare sulle elucubrazioni utilizzandone diversi<br \/>\nmetodi e strumenti.<br \/>\nAd esempio, possiamo usare l&#039;auto-osservazione per identificarli, per capirli<br \/>\nfunzioni e in quali contesti appaiono.
