Pu\u00f2 diventare un vero e proprio ostacolo al benessere, al sonno e persino alla concentrazione.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E se la naturopatia vi offrisse dei rimedi naturali per calmare la mente e ritrovare un equilibrio duraturo?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La naturopatia mira a riequilibrare il corpo e la mente attraverso metodi naturali. Tuttavia, alcuni stili di vita o abitudini possono favorire l'insorgere dell'ansia. Quali sono quindi i comportamenti corretti da adottare per tenere a bada l'ansia?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ridurre il consumo di sostanze eccitanti<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Caff\u00e8, t\u00e8 nero, bevande energetiche.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il caff\u00e8 e il t\u00e8 sono stimolanti del sistema nervoso, aumentano il ritmo cardiaco e la produzione di adrenalina, il che pu\u00f2 causare palpitazioni, tremori e insonnia. Amplificano gli attacchi d'ansia. Per un'alternativa pi\u00f9 delicata, il t\u00e8 Rooibos o il matcha sono ottime bevande facili da trovare nei bar e nei supermercati.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'alcol\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non c'\u00e8 bisogno di presentarlo, l'alcol \u00e8 una droga. Non solo compromette la qualit\u00e0 del sonno, ma influisce anche sull'umore, aumenta il nervosismo e il numero di risvegli notturni. Esistono sempre pi\u00f9 alternative alle bevande alcoliche. Mocktail, succhi di frutta freschi, kombucha... perch\u00e9 non sostituire un aperitivo alcolico con bevande rilassanti, digeribili e conviviali, che nutrono il corpo invece di esaurirlo?.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zucchero raffinato (tipo dolci industriali)<\/span><\/i><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lo zucchero, come gli altri stimolanti, alimenta l'agitazione interiore e affatica il sistema nervoso. Lo zucchero provoca picchi glicemici seguiti da rapidi cali, che possono generare irritabilit\u00e0, nervosismo e stanchezza, accentuando la sensazione di instabilit\u00e0 emotiva.
