Alizée Poilpré - Addiction psychologist
Clinical Health Psychologist, Addictology, trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) (online therapies only)
Alizée Poilpré obtained a master's degree in clinical health psychology, with a specialization in addictology, from the Institut Catholique de Toulouse. Clinical psychology focuses on the patient as a whole, taking into account all the different areas of his or her life: his or her past, traumas, personality, love life, affective life, professional life, family life, sexual life, etc. Health psychology proposes preventive or curative methods and solutions, generally involving changes in health behavior.
Alizée accompanies people in an integrative approach, meaning that she adapts my approach according to the individual's needs, using the different tools she has developed through her university career, additional training, the different places where she has worked, her own research and her own sensitivity. Her aim is to place the patient at the center of his or her treatment pathway, and to propose approaches that are best adapted to the patient's needs, with the aim of making the patient as autonomous as possible. To achieve this, Alizée relies on Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (TCC) which is a clinical approach that emphasizes the experimental method for understanding and modifying behaviors and the thoughts and emotions associated with them, but also on the Therapeutic Education Tools (TET) which helps people acquire the skills they need to become active players in their own health and life, by involving them in their own questions, choices and illness.
This approach fosters autonomy and helps people to get to know themselves better, so that they can live their daily lives more effectively. Alizée Poilpré is also familiar with nutritional management based on the principles of the Group on Obesity and Overweight (G.R.O.S.) which is a psycho-nutritional approach that helps patients to regulate their eating behavior as closely as possible to human physiology. Finally, Alizée uses mind-body approaches such as mindfulness meditation.
